General Manager – Sales (Real Estate)

About the role

BT Properties, a leading Dubai real‑estate developer, is looking for a dynamic General Manager – Sales to lead its off‑plan residential portfolio. The role oversees the full sales cycle, drives revenue, and ensures a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for off‑plan properties.
• Lead, mentor and manage the in‑house sales team, set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier local and international brokerage firms.
• Oversee the entire sales process through to closing, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align branding and promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
• Represent BT Properties at industry events and property exhibitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience in the Dubai real‑estate market.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Proven track record selling high‑value residential or off‑plan projects.
• Extensive network of brokers, investors and HNWIs in the UAE.
• Good understanding of RERA regulations, Oqood and Dubai Land Department processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
