General Manager – Specialty Coffee & Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results‑driven General Manager to lead our growing specialty coffee, food & beverage, and hospitality operations across multiple branches in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all branches to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Develop and execute sales and business‑development strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Manage multi‑site staffing, training, and performance to maintain high customer‑service standards.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in specialty coffee, F&B, customer service, or hospitality.
• Proven track record managing multiple branches and overall company operations.
• Strong leadership, team‑management, and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on, professional, and results‑oriented approach with excellent decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of the specialty coffee and F&B industry.
• Sales and business‑development expertise.
• Ability to improve profitability and achieve business targets.
