General Practitioner – Home Healthcare & Telemedicine

About the role

Vervé Wellness DXB is seeking a General Practitioner to provide physician‑led care directly to private clients in Dubai. The role combines in‑person home and office visits with remote teleconsultations, focusing on acute and chronic presentations, IV therapy, and routine diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage everyday acute and chronic cases for a private client base across home, hotel, and office settings.
• Conduct scheduled teleconsultations, follow‑ups, and results reviews with thorough documentation.
• Prescribe, supervise, and safely administer IV infusion therapy, including client assessment and adverse‑reaction management.
• Order, interpret, and communicate blood panels and routine diagnostics; perform or supervise phlebotomy during visits.
• Collaborate with registered nurses on visit planning, clinical handovers, and follow‑through on orders and prescriptions.
• Maintain complete, timely clinical records in the practice management system.
• Escalate red‑flag and complex cases to the Medical Director and refer to specialists when appropriate.
• Adhere to DHA home‑healthcare regulations, infection‑control standards, and medication‑management protocols on every visit.

Required profile

• MBBS, MD, or equivalent primary medical qualification.
• Active DHA license as a General Practitioner or eligibility with credentialing in progress.
• Minimum 3 years post‑registration experience in general practice, family medicine, or emergency/acute care.
• Confidence in independent practice outside a clinic environment with sound judgement on escalation.
• Fluent professional English and excellent bedside manner for an international clientele.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
