General Technician – Anantara Retreat Santorini Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a General Technician to join the Anantara Retreat Santorini Abu Dhabi team. The role supports the hotel’s facilities by ensuring safety, maintenance and guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all health and safety work requests.
• Apply environmentally friendly practices when handling solvents and finishing agents.
• Address guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain and repair civil, interior design, and FF&E finishes.
• Execute preventive maintenance programmes to keep all finishes in optimal condition.
• Evaluate equipment usage and complete work orders with diligence.
• Maintain a daily logbook of problems, solutions and activities.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Assistant Chief Engineer.
• Maintain health and safety documentation and report potential hazards.
• Participate in the hotel’s emergency response team.
