General Technician – Electrical (Hotel Maintenance)

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a General Technician – Electrical to join the maintenance team at One&Only The Palm, a luxury beachfront resort in Dubai. The role involves ensuring all electrical and general maintenance tasks are performed to five‑star standards, supporting seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of all hotel areas to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance across the resort.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
• Coordinate work with the Maintenance Manager and other trades.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Support other maintenance activities as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional language a plus.
• Middle East/GCC experience is advantageous.
