Global Content Production Lead

About the role

Robot24.com is building the world’s leading robotics news platform and needs a hands‑on production leader to turn editorial direction into real, high‑quality output. As Global Content Production Lead you will coordinate field teams, manage post‑production workflows and ensure that footage, graphics and videos are delivered quickly and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global correspondents, camera operators and field production teams, providing briefs, schedules and access.
• Ensure field teams capture the right material in the right locations and formats.
• Oversee internal production units—including graphic designers, AI video producers and post‑production editors—to turn raw material into finished assets.
• Manage timelines, handoffs, production priorities and delivery quality across all content formats (short‑form clips, long‑form videos, graphics, etc.).
• Maintain production standards and ensure rapid, high‑quality output for website, YouTube and social channels.

Required profile

• Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute production plans at speed.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple time zones.
• Experience managing video‑production pipelines and field crews.
• Detail‑oriented, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
