Global Human Resources Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Human Resources Director to lead our worldwide HR function from our Dubai headquarters. As a trusted business partner to the executive team, you will shape people strategies that enable international growth while ensuring operational excellence and compliance across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational planning, expansion, and workforce strategies.
• Drive organizational design, change management, succession planning, and talent acquisition across regions.
• Establish standardized global HR policies while adapting to local market requirements.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks, KPI systems, and leadership development programs.
• Develop competitive global compensation and benefits structures, conduct salary benchmarking, and oversee incentive plans.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll governance, HRIS, employee records, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Lead employee engagement, culture initiatives, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
• Support international expansion through workforce planning, expatriate management, and market entry HR guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles with a global or multi‑country scope.
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to partner with C‑level executives.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, change management, and succession planning.
• Deep knowledge of global compensation, benefits, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop regional HR teams.
