Global Luxury Marketing Leader – Dubai

About the role

Lead the global marketing function for an ultra‑luxury, design‑led real estate, hospitality and lifestyle business that is expanding its portfolio worldwide. Based in Dubai, you will shape brand strategy, creative direction and portfolio positioning while managing an established multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy across real estate, hospitality and lifestyle assets.
• Set creative direction and ensure the brand leads market trends rather than follows them.
• Develop brand architecture for multiple developments, giving each a distinct identity.
• Partner closely with the owner and senior leadership to influence long‑term brand strategy and major creative decisions.
• Oversee world‑class agencies, designers and creative partners to deliver work at the highest international standard.
• Lead and elevate a multidisciplinary team covering brand, digital, PR, communications and channel marketing.
• Translate architecture, design and hospitality experiences into compelling brand worlds.
• Help evolve the organisation into a broader global luxury platform beyond real estate.

Required profile

• Senior marketing leader from a top‑tier design‑led luxury developer or adjacent environment.
• Proven track record of building or repositioning ultra‑luxury brands with a strong creative point of view.
• Experience managing complex portfolios where real estate, hospitality, architecture and lifestyle intersect.
• Creative leader who can challenge conventional luxury marketing and deliver distinctive work.
• Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, owner‑led setting and hands‑on with senior stakeholders.
• Internationally minded, culturally fluent and credible with world‑class agencies and luxury partners.
• Commercially aware while protecting long‑term brand value.
