Global Marketing Director – Medical Aesthetics

About the role

The organisation is a global biopharmaceutical company expanding its aesthetics franchise. It seeks a first‑ever dedicated marketing leader for its injectable aesthetic brand across the Middle East and Europe, with a focus on GCC and CIS markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the brand strategy, positioning and messaging for all territories.
• Create a unified brand platform and localised toolkits for each market.
• Lead campaign and congress delivery together with the internal team and distributor partners.
• Provide market insight, performance tracking and reporting.
• Manage agency and external partner relationships.
• Collaborate closely with sales and distributor teams to bring the brand to market.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time; work in a hybrid environment.

Required profile

• Director‑level brand marketer with experience running a healthcare brand across several markets.
• Proven ability to build demand through physicians, opinion leaders and professional channels before reaching consumers.
• Experience in both direct and distributor‑driven market models.
• Background in aesthetics, consumer health, dermocosmetics, pharma or medical devices.
• Hands‑on strategic execution without a standing team.
• Based in Dubai.
