Global Tax Vice President – Dubai

About the role

The Global Tax Vice President will shape and execute the tax strategy for a leading industrial organization operating worldwide. Based in Dubai, you will ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions while driving tax efficiency and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global tax strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead tax planning initiatives to optimise the company’s tax position.
• Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns in multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on tax queries.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess business impact.
• Manage tax audits and relationships with tax authorities.
• Provide strategic advice on M&A and other transactions.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in global tax strategy and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of international tax regulations.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector is preferred.
