Graduate BIM Architect

About the role

Jacobs is looking for a Graduate BIM Architect to join its UAE team. You will support the creation and coordination of BIM models, ensuring they meet local authority standards and project BIM Execution Plans.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain BIM models using Revit, extracting accurate drawings, schedules and area calculations.
• Support clash detection and coordination meetings with Navisworks and Revizto, collaborating with structural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Ensure models comply with international architectural standards, company BIM standards and quality checks.
• Manage BIM data, metadata and model attributes within Common Data Environment platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and Aconex.
• Explore and implement digital tools like 4D simulation, Dynamo scripts and Python automation to improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Technology or a related field.
• Fundamental understanding of BIM principles and digital workflows.
• Good grasp of architectural drawings and client requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new software and adopt AI‑driven technologies.
