Graduate Consultant – Urban Advisory

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Consultant to join AECOM’s Urban Advisory team in Dubai. The role offers a fast‑track entry into consulting, supporting the delivery of urban planning and advisory projects for leading organisations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on urban development trends, demographics and market dynamics.
• Assist senior consultants in preparing strategic recommendations, feasibility studies and advisory reports.
• Analyse data using appropriate tools to identify opportunities and challenges in urban environments.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables and maintain project documentation.
• Engage with clients, government agencies and other stakeholders to gather insights and validate findings.
• Contribute to the development of advisory strategies focused on sustainability, economic growth and community development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical and research abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• UAE National status as required by AECOM’s Emiratisation policy.
