About the role
Join KPMG's Emirati Development Program and start your professional journey in Audit, Tax or Advisory. You will work on real client projects, receive structured training and mentorship, and gain exposure across industries and emerging technologies.
Required profile
- UAE National with a valid Family Book and, for males, preferably completed National Service.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university, fresh graduate or up to 2 years experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Curious, analytical, problem‑solver with a passion for business and innovation.
- Effective communicator, team player, adaptable and resilient.
