Graduate Electrical Engineer – Site Based (UAE National)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Dubai team. This site‑based position is designed for a UAE National to start a professional career, gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of electrical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct site visits to assess requirements and collect data for project planning.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement electrical solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications using industry‑standard software.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Support troubleshooting of electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Help prepare project documentation and progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Basic project management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on various sites in Dubai and other emirates.
