Graduate HR Operations Position

About the role

We are seeking a curious and ambitious graduate to join our People team in Dubai, focusing on HR Operations. You will rotate through the employee lifecycle, learning onboarding, data management, and day‑to‑day employee support while being encouraged to question and improve existing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre‑onboarding and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Prepare HR documentation using approved templates.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance and other functions to ensure smooth employee setup.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems.
• Handle employee lifecycle changes and general HR administration.
• Respond to employee queries and follow issues through to resolution.
• Assist with HR reporting, trackers and data requirements.
• Identify repetitive or manual tasks, propose simplifications or automation.
• Explore tools, technology and AI opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Work with the HR team to test, implement and document improved processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong curiosity and drive.
• Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of tasks.
• Proactive mindset to question existing ways of working.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
