Graduate Project Coordinator (Dubai)

About the role

Jacobs is looking for a motivated Graduate Project Coordinator to join its Buildings & Logistics team in Dubai. You will support the Project Manager in delivering high‑quality building designs while ensuring client satisfaction, safety, and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers on design development, site visits, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing the Project Management Plan and monitor service delivery against it.
• Support the Procurement team with sub‑consultant procurement and performance assessments.
• Engage directly with technical teams to track delivery of contracted deliverables.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Design Manager to monitor sub‑consultant outputs, timelines, and quality.
• Provide regular budget updates to the Design Team and report risks consistently.

Required profile

• BS or MS degree in Architecture or Engineering from a recognized university.
• Demonstrated drive, determination, and commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities in diverse environments.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain commercial awareness.
