Graduate Quality Engineer

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Graduate Quality Engineer to support construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on ensuring that all construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while collaborating with contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate quality assurance aspects of design, manufacturing, and installation activities.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and surveys of contractor/supplier quality systems.
• Prepare clear reports, correspondence, and technical documents related to quality activities.
• Verify contractor compliance with contractual specifications and recommend improvements.
• Research and approve submitted materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs, files, and photographic documentation of work.

Required profile

• UAE National with a background in construction or façade engineering.
• Understanding of RFP and IFB contract processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
