Graduate Trainee – Operations Excellence

About the role

Our client is seeking ambitious, analytical graduates to join the Operations Excellence team in Dubai. The programme offers structured training, hands‑on learning and cross‑functional exposure across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Observe, analyse and document operational workflows in plants, warehouses and logistics centres.
• Develop process maps, conduct time‑and‑motion studies and identify bottlenecks for improvement.
• Support Lean, Kaizen, 5S and continuous‑improvement initiatives and contribute to cost‑optimisation projects.
• Collect, validate and analyse operational data; monitor KPIs and produce dashboards and management reports.
• Prepare presentations and business cases to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Participate in rotational assignments across operations, supply‑chain, procurement, logistics and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply‑Chain Management, Operations Management or Business Administration.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience; internship or project work in manufacturing, logistics or supply‑chain is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, learning agility and a growth‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder‑management skills.
