About the role

The Graduate Trainee Program at Emirates Global Aluminium offers an 18‑month structured training pathway designed to develop UAE nationals into first‑line supervisors. Participants rotate through departmental familiarisation and on‑the‑job training, gaining both technical and leadership competencies.

Key responsibilities

Complete a one‑month familiarisation across the designated department to understand core functions.
Engage in on‑the‑job training tailored to the target supervisory position for the remaining program duration.
Follow a customised development plan covering technical skills, management and leadership programmes.
Work under the guidance of an assigned mentor and attend regular progress review meetings.

Required profile

UAE national holding a family book.
Maximum 2‑3 years of experience; fresh graduates preferred.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics).
