About the role

This Graduate Trainee Program offers recent construction graduates the chance to rotate across multiple departments of a leading UAE developer, gaining a comprehensive understanding of project delivery and business operations. After completing the structured training, trainees will be placed in a specific department to contribute to major client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in cross‑departmental rotations to learn core construction processes.
• Assist project teams on planning, design, and execution of large‑scale construction projects.
• Support senior engineers and managers with data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction (MSc is a plus).
• Graduated within the last two years with some internship experience.
• Male or female candidates are welcome.
