Graphic Design Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator to join its marketing and business development team in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the Middle East region by creating visual content for print and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver visual content for print and digital collateral, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Review pitch and proposal materials to identify visual improvements.
• Gather and assess information to integrate text and visuals effectively.
• Maintain and organise digital asset libraries, keeping resources up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with bid teams to produce infographics and data visualisations for submissions.
• Support the creation and scheduling of social media graphics using Sprout Social.
• Build relationships with global marketing and graphics teams and share best practices.
• Assist in producing client‑facing collateral such as market intelligence reports, brochures, and flyers.
