Graphic Designer – Creative Team

About the role

Lathief Productions is looking for a highly creative, organized, and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its growing creative team in the UAE. The role involves turning bold visual ideas into high‑impact digital and print assets while collaborating closely with marketing, production, and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact visual assets for digital and print, including website banners, social media content, brochures, pitch decks, presentations and marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualise and execute original graphics that communicate the brand message and engage target audiences.
• Manage multiple design projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders for feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate with external vendors or printers when needed to ensure accurate and high‑quality output.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve creative work.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus.
• Strong project‑management abilities, able to juggle priorities, timelines and revisions.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to turn abstract ideas into clean, effective designs.
• Team player who can collaborate across departments and work independently.
