Graphic Designer

About the role

Kayana is looking for a creative, detail-oriented and commercially driven Graphic Designer to strengthen its brand identity and digital presence. The designer turns marketing objectives, business requirements and creative briefs into engaging visual assets across multiple channels, overseeing the full design process from concept to final assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for social media, websites, digital ads, presentations and marketing materials, and turn creative briefs into designs aligned with the brand.
• Maintain consistent branding across all materials and platforms, applying brand guidelines and building reusable templates and assets.
• Work with the Marketing team on campaign creatives, product launches, promotions and lead generation, adapting visuals to each platform and audience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content & Social Media, Sales and Product teams, manage several projects, incorporate feedback and keep design files organised.
• Use AI-powered tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly and ChatGPT, and explore new techniques and formats.
• Improve design quality, incorporate campaign performance insights and speed up turnaround times.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography and visual communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback and meet deadlines.
• Highly desirable: B2B technology, SaaS or digital services experience, brand development and paid advertising creatives experience.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly or equivalent.
• Highly desirable: motion graphics, video editing, animation, Figma and AI-assisted workflows.
