Graphic Designer (Junior) – Monetisation Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join a monetisation‑focused design team based in the United Arab Emirates. The role is production‑oriented, creating high‑quality visual assets that support product growth, A/B testing and customer engagement across paywalls, upsells, promotional campaigns, email marketing and app‑store listings.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic assets for monetisation funnels, including paywall screens, upsell elements and promotional banners.
• Develop and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics while adhering to the established design system.
• Design visual materials for email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare screenshots and promotional assets for the App Store and Google Play, including localized versions.
• Adapt existing assets across multiple formats and A/B‑testing variations.
• Produce Lottie animations for use within product experiences.
• Maintain visual consistency, accuracy and quality across all materials.
• Collaborate with a senior designer and product‑marketing stakeholders, incorporate feedback and meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Junior‑level commercial experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing illustration or marketing visuals.
• Formal education in art or design, or completion of relevant design courses.
• Confident daily use of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong ability to create and refine vector illustrations independently.
• Solid understanding of colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy and layout.
• Experience using AI tools to generate or enhance visual assets.
• Ability to interpret feedback constructively and iterate without compromising quality.
