Graphic Designer, Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

Bring our resort experiences to life through compelling design, photography and video. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will create content across print, digital and social platforms to support campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into visual assets for print, digital, signage and social media.
• Plan, shoot and edit photography and video that showcase accommodation, dining, wellness, events and guest experiences.
• Produce storyboards, shot lists and production schedules, coordinating locations, talent, props and equipment.
• Perform colour correction, grading, audio editing, subtitling and format videos for various platforms.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography and promotional animations using After Effects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design, videography and video editing, preferably in hospitality or a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design, original video shooting and motion‑graphics work.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Lightroom
• Camera operation, lighting, sound recording and stabilisation equipment
• AI‑assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and digital asset optimisation (optional)
