Ground Staff Supervisor

About the role

The Ground Staff Supervisor will lead a team of airport ground personnel, ensuring smooth passenger handling and efficient aircraft turnaround. This role combines customer service excellence with operational oversight to maintain high standards of safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome passengers, answering queries and providing flight information.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including disabled travelers and families with small children.
• Oversee baggage check‑in, reservations, ticket sales, and boarding procedures.
• Coordinate stocking of aircraft refreshments and post‑flight cleaning.
• Monitor flight schedules, delays, and weather updates, communicating relevant information to passengers.
• Resolve passenger issues promptly and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Supervise and train ground staff to meet airline service standards.
