Group Conference and Events Sales Executive

About the role

As a Group Conference and Events Sales Executive at Hilton Dubai, you will be the face of the hotel for corporate and social groups, turning enquiries into memorable stays. You will drive revenue while delivering the warm hospitality that Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound group and event enquiries into confirmed bookings, meeting sales targets.
• Identify upselling opportunities and increase conversion rates through proactive sales tactics.
• Manage the events calendar to optimise space utilisation and yield.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and expanded business.
• Organise and lead site visits, showcasing hotel spaces and services.
• Ensure accurate administration and smooth hand‑over of events for on‑property execution.
• Participate in hotel promotional activities to boost visibility and GCE business.
