About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Groups & Events Executive to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of group bookings and events at Anantara Downtown Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Prepare proposals and contracts for group bookings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue.
- Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and adapt offerings accordingly.
- Ensure exceptional service standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a 5‑star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurised environment.
