Growth and Marketing Manager – B2B Focus

About the role

Verto is looking for a strategic Growth and Marketing Manager to lead B2B customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across the UAE. You will build a strong local brand, launch high‑impact campaigns, and drive measurable growth for the company’s cross‑border payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted lead‑generation strategies, defining audiences, messaging, and channel mix.
• Optimize CAC, conversion rates and overall marketing ROI through data‑driven testing and performance analysis.
• Partner with Sales to create and run Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for high‑value prospects.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to activate paid‑media initiatives that are commercially focused and locally relevant.
• Monitor market trends in the UAE and identify new opportunities for growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B growth or marketing roles, preferably within fintech or payments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with sales and product teams.
