Growth and Performance Manager

About the role

Belgravia Healthcare is seeking a Growth and Performance Manager to own and execute its marketing strategy across digital channels. Reporting to the Director, you will drive qualified lead generation, optimise campaigns and improve conversion rates to turn enquiries into paying clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑marketing plans, building and optimising Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Reduce cost per qualified lead and increase enquiry‑to‑client conversion rates.
• Create, test and optimise landing pages and ad messaging through A/B testing.
• Implement conversion tracking, attribution models and manage advertising budgets.
• Generate high‑quality leads for all Belgravia services and collaborate with sales and operations to improve conversion.
• Maintain and continuously improve the company website, SEO, user experience and content.
• Manage CRM workflows, lead tracking and produce weekly/monthly performance reports with commercial insights.
• Oversee social‑media channels, plan content calendars, create engaging posts and grow organic engagement.
• Produce photo, video and short‑form content; design graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; coordinate professional shoots when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2C or healthcare environment.
• Commercially minded with a data‑driven approach to optimise ROI.
• Comfortable working across digital advertising, analytics, CRM systems and content creation.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, operations and creative teams.
