About the role

Join Washmen’s Growth Team as a Growth & Data Intern, where you’ll work hands‑on with AI‑driven tools to shape retention and CRM campaigns, analyze customer behavior, and support data‑based decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Help define retention and CRM campaign strategies, including target audiences, offers, and measurement criteria.
• Build, test, and launch campaigns across customer messaging channels.
• Extract and validate campaign data using SQL.
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance, delivering concise insights.
• Automate recurring reports and manual processes, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.

Required profile

• Curious, analytical, and technically inclined.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Comfortable writing SQL or able to learn it quickly.

Required skills

• SQL
• Python (advantage)
• Experience with data warehouses
• Familiarity with dashboard and reporting tools
