Growth Director MEA

About the role

As Growth Director for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, you will lead new‑business acquisition and strategic revenue expansion for a global digital marketing and transformation agency. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate complex client challenges into integrated digital solutions across media, content, data and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute regional growth strategy, building a qualified multi‑million GBP pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships and executive relationships.
• Lead RFP, RFI and RFQ responses, coordinating cross‑functional teams to craft winning value propositions.
• Design integrated client solutions that combine performance media, social/influencer marketing, martech and customer experience.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and deal structures while protecting delivery margins.
• Drive demand‑generation initiatives such as industry events, executive roundtables and thought‑leadership programs.
• Establish and monetize strategic partnerships with platforms, technology vendors and consultancies.
• Maintain market and competitive intelligence across the MEA landscape to inform positioning.
• Collaborate with Client Success teams to identify organic expansion and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline governance to meet net‑new revenue targets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media, ad‑tech or digital transformation.
• Deep knowledge of the MEA market, buying structures and cultural nuances.
• Proven track record of building and managing multi‑million dollar pipelines and closing complex deals.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
