Growth Manager (B2B Digital Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Manager to join our fast‑moving B2B marketplace team in Dubai. You will act as the execution engine of the growth function, driving demand‑generation campaigns, managing digital channels, and creating content that fuels customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns across paid channels, including A/B testing, budget allocation and reporting.
• Create and publish B2B engagement content such as case studies, ROI stories, category guides, newsletters and LinkedIn posts.
• Manage community and partnership outreach, including trade events, webinars, association partnerships and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Build and run the email‑marketing engine: onboarding, re‑engagement, promotional and weekly update sequences.
• Track and report growth metrics (CAC, conversion, activation, retention, channel‑level ROI).
• Support senior growth leadership on strategic projects like ABM campaigns, new segment expansion and channel experiments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth or demand generation, preferably B2B.
• Hands‑on experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and email‑marketing tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using Google Analytics and campaign dashboards.
• Proven ability to design lead‑generation and nurturing workflows.
• Self‑starter who can execute campaigns independently and iterate quickly.
