Growth & Marketing Manager

About the role

Verto is looking for a strategic, results‑driven Growth & Marketing Manager to lead B2B customer acquisition, engagement and retention across the United Arab Emirates. You will build a strong local brand, launch high‑impact campaigns and help Verto become the leading cross‑border payments partner in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted B2B lead‑generation strategies, defining audiences, messaging and channel mix.
• Optimize CAC, conversion rates and overall marketing ROI through data‑driven testing and channel analysis.
• Partner with Sales to create and run Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for high‑value prospects.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to activate paid‑media campaigns that are commercially focused.
• Establish and scale Verto’s local market presence via PR, thought‑leadership, industry events and brand partnerships.
• Produce region‑specific content such as customer success stories, market reports, white papers and sales enablement materials.
• Identify and cultivate strategic marketing partnerships to expand reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B growth and digital marketing, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with Sales and global marketing teams.
• Ability to develop and execute localized brand and PR strategies.
