Guest Experience Agent – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

As a Guest Experience Agent at InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, delivering personalised luxury service throughout their stay. You will build lasting relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure every interaction leaves a memorable impression.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Identify returning guests, record preferences, and tailor services accordingly.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and special occasions with proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to coordinate seamless experiences.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system and ensure compliance with IHG brand standards.
• Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in daily front‑office operations and guest‑relations tasks.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
