Guest Experience Expert – Front Office (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Our Guest Experience Experts create memorable stays by guiding guests through every step of their visit, from check‑in to check‑out. Based in Dubai, you will work at Marriott Executive Apartments, delivering personalized service and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a full range of front‑office services, including check‑in, check‑out and handling guest inquiries.
• Process operational tasks, complete reports and share local area highlights with guests.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 100 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.
• Physical capability to stand, walk and lift items as described.
