About the role

The Guest Experience Expert – Front Office at The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai delivers memorable, personalized service throughout a guest’s stay. Working on the front desk and throughout the property, you will anticipate needs, resolve requests, and create seamless experiences that reflect the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Process check‑ins, check‑outs and operational transactions efficiently.
• Address guest requests, provide local area information and recommend experiences.
• Complete daily reports and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while delivering service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
• Commitment to company policies, confidentiality, and asset protection.
• Professional appearance, communication and uniform standards.
