About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts create memorable stays for guests at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. The role involves guiding guests through their entire visit, handling requests, and ensuring a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, including processing operational needs and addressing guest requests.
- Prepare and complete reports related to guest interactions and stay details.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe and professional appearance, adhering to company policies and quality standards.
- Move throughout the property, handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
