Guest Experience Expert

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay from arrival to departure. You will work across the property, delivering personalized service and creating unique experiences that reflect the Autograph Collection’s distinctive style.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through their entire stay, handling check‑in, check‑out and special requests.
• Process operational needs, complete reports and share local area highlights.
• Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies, protect assets and uphold quality standards.
• Stay on your feet for extended periods, move, lift and carry items up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform physical tasks for long periods.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety and company standards.
