Guest Experience Representative – Level II

About the role

The Guest Experience Representative – Level II will be the face of X Dubai’s Edge Walk attraction, ensuring each visitor enjoys a safe and memorable experience. Based at the Address Sky View Hotel in Downtown Dubai, you will interact directly with guests throughout their tour.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily opening and closing procedures for Edge Walk.
• Supervise and guide assigned guest groups, ensuring smooth progression through the experience.
• Fit harnesses and helmets correctly and oversee the use of all safety equipment.
• Conduct pre‑tour safety orientations for each group.
• Engage guests to create a memorable experience while maintaining safety standards.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and questions promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date filing for sales and member databases.
• Manage existing reservations, including upgrades, modifications, and payment processing.
• Promote deals, promotions, and assist with facility upkeep.
• Collaborate with the team on events and special projects.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
