Guest Relation Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Relation Officer to deliver friendly, efficient service in our Dubai showroom. The role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere, guiding visitors, and supporting the sales team to convert leads and retain customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome showroom visitors in a professional manner.
• Guide customers to the sales consultant, arrange refreshments and assist them until a consultant is available.
• Capture walk‑in details, create leads in Salesforce and forward them to the sales team.
• Handle telephone inquiries, ensuring calls are answered within three rings and transferred within 45 seconds.
• Follow up with customers two days after their visit to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports (showroom tracker, survey, SSI, delivery follow‑up, stock ageing, test‑drive records).
• Support the Delivery Manager with vehicle receipt, showroom display updates and stock checks.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain inventory of supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business or related field is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role within a showroom, retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
