Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent will be the face of Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from arrival to departure. This position blends personalized service with operational coordination to deliver a seamless luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and recognize VIP and repeat guests, providing tailored services.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Butler, and other departments for events, restaurant promotions, limousine requests, and special guest needs.
• Prepare and update guest arrival compendiums, repeat‑guest history, and welcome amenities.
• Maintain close contact with Airport Concierge for arrivals and departures.
• Handle guest complaints, refer issues as needed, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Review arrival lists, verify room allocations, amenities, and special requests for all guests, especially VIPs.
• Prepare requisitions for amenities and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Associate degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Desk, or Customer Service within a hotel environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain professional presentation, and collaborate effectively with team members.
