About the role
Join the vibrant team at Couqley French Brasserie in Downtown Dubai as a Guest Relations Executive. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable dining experience in a premium‑casual setting.
Key responsibilities
- Take reservations and greet guests upon arrival.
- Assist with daily mise en place checks to meet service requirements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and beverage offerings to provide recommendations.
- Execute tasks assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.
- Adhere to Accor’s Operational Standards Manual and related documentation.
Required profile
- Service‑focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience in a fine‑dining or standalone restaurant role.
- Good beverage knowledge is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
