Guest Relations Manager - Front Office

About the role

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Guest Relations Manager for its Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience and upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a professional and engaging welcome to all guests, guaranteeing a smooth check‑in process.
• Collaborate with the Guest Relations Manager, Concierge, and Food & Beverage outlets to personalize experiences and recognise VIP guests.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly, communicating resolutions to management.
• Support the planning and execution of guest events and bookings, coordinating details across departments.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the hotel’s brand story, facilities, and dining venues to promote offerings.
• Mentor and train Guest Relations colleagues, leading by example and maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and leadership skills.
• Proven team‑management experience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced proficiency).
