Guest Relations Officer

About the role

As a Guest Relations Officer at Anantara Downtown Dubai, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and positive stay. You will anticipate needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly, contributing to the brand’s reputation for authentic hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their stay.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively suggest alternatives to enhance their experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow up on guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

Required profile

• College degree in hotel management or a related field.
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin is a plus.
