Guest Relations Officer

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer will be the face of Sofitel Dubai The Palm, delivering a warm, consistent welcome and ensuring every guest enjoys the signature French‑inspired luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests in the lobby, share Sofitel story and local cultural insights.
• Handle guest requests, reservations, special services and follow‑up actions promptly.
• Welcome VIP guests, coordinate check‑in, luggage delivery and personalized services.
• Support Front‑of‑House during peak periods, assisting with check‑ins, check‑outs and lobby operations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to prepare VIP rooms and special setups.
• Manage guest communication before arrival, during stay and after departure.
• Promote and assist members with the ALL loyalty programme benefits.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and able to connect with diverse guests.
• Passionate about hospitality, travel and local culture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
