Guest Service Agent Associate

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent Associate at Hilton in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless stay. You will handle check‑in and check‑out processes, provide local information, and promote hotel services to enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
• Process check‑outs efficiently, verify charges, handle payments and issue receipts using the POS system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications.
