Guest Service Agent – Front Office (Emirati Talent)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Guest Service Agent to join our front‑office team at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, professional experience that makes each stay memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging service to all guests, following established SOPs.
• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently.
• Promote and sell rooms to walk‑in guests.
• Handle cash inventory, cheques and foreign‑currency transactions in line with credit policy.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations to resolve day‑to‑day issues.
• Maintain a fully stocked and operational Guest Service Desk.
• Protect guest privacy and uphold hotel policies and standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Previous front‑office experience in a hotel environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Computer literate; familiarity with Opera PMS is advantageous.
