Guest Service Agent (Hotel Front Desk)

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel and the last friendly face they see before departure. You will ensure each guest enjoys a memorable stay by delivering attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and handle guest requests promptly.
• Process payments, settle accounts, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell services to enhance the guest experience.
• Take initiative to add personalized touches that exceed expectations.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a strong desire to create positive guest experiences.
• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel environment or similar hospitality setting.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or relevant certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera or Opera Cloud property‑management systems.
