Guest Service Agent

About the role

The Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable stay from arrival to departure. You will deliver personalized, high‑quality service in a dynamic 5‑star hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and settle accounts.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues.
• Provide personalized experiences and anticipate guest needs.
• Promote hotel facilities and pursue up‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality; hospitality experience is an asset.
• Prior experience with Opera or Opera Cloud (or similar PMS).
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or relevant certification.
• Experience in a 5‑star hotel or comparable hospitality setting.
• Currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately is advantageous.
